The Next Challenge is On!

Hi SP Bloggers ... ok, so the holidays are behind us and you've had a chance to recover from ringing in the New Year. Now it's time to get serious (not really!).  Let's have some fun with our first SP Challenge of 2012. Here you go...

• Create a layout or card that celebrates the New Year and reflects some 2012 resolutions
  AND
• Incorporate art parts piece(s) into your design to create interest and dimension.  These are great to paint, stain, cover in patterned papers, and so much more.

By end of day Saturday, January 14, email a medium sized photo and your name to scrappersplayground.angie@gmail.com. We'll post your photos to our blog during the week of January 16. In addition, the first 10 local submitters will receive a free goodie bag that can be picked up in the store beginning January 16.

These are not part of the January Challenge, but
just wanted to get those ideas flowing.  Maybe
consider using these great papers for your project

And perhaps some of the QuicKutz die cuts would be
great to "cluster" with your art parts creation.
Again, the QuicKutz aren't required for this Challenge,
but they may be a great addition for this and future celebrations!
