What Will I Do With That?

Hi SP Bloggers ... huge thanks to everyone who took part in yesterday's Yard Sale for a fellow scrapper!

You know that the Playground always has the latest ... from gorgeous papers and embellishments to the "Wall of Color" filled with inks, paints, sprays and markers and everything in between.  There are also little treasures throughout the store that may have you scratching your head and asking, "What will I do with that?"  Yesterday, I found just such a treasure!

In t!m Holtz's latest release of fun new products are the idea-ology kraft glassine paper pad (36 sheets about 5"x8") and library envelopes.  Just started playing with it ... and love it!  So far, got cool effects by crumpling and embossing ... and I'm sure I've just scratched the surface with the possibilities.  (Hey there's an idea ... let me take my scratcher to the paper next!)

Here's a layout that incorporates the glassine paper.  Put half a sheet into an embossing folder, ran it through the Sizzix and cut it into strips.  Hope you can pop into the store and find treasures of your own to play with ... and consider leaving comments on the blog to share your ideas!

Supplies: Paper is Basic Grey & my own scraps; letter stickers
(Basic Grey & Cosmo Cricket); Hero Arts la Letter stamp on
chipboard letters and paper flower; idea-ology glassine paper.

Love the Kraft Glassine paper.  Popped it into an embossing folder,
ran it through the Sizzix, cut it into strips and created a fun flower.
