Hey, you know there are always great classes and fun activities going on at the Playground so thought we'd highlight just a few in today's blog. We'll get more details on two special classes this month, but wanted to be sure you "save the date" on your calendars:
- August 16 - Danielle will be teaching a class while here on a short visit from Florida
- August 22 - Robin will be teaching one of her great Explosion Book classes
Jan is the newest teacher at the Playground. Not only will she teach you three new quilling techniques, but you'll use them all to create a beautiful card.

Mixed Media Tag Class - 7pm August 3
What do you get when you play with gesso, hot glue, art parts, dabbers, foam stamps, colored pencils and canvas? Well with Lynn Marie, you're sure to get three beautiful tags and lots of new techniques under your belt! Here are snippets of this week's tags.
Hero Arts Class with Dianne - 7pm August 4
Come on down to use the latest and greatest Hero Arts stamps and other products. Rotate from station to station at your own pace, learning a different stamping technique at each one and finishing the class with five gorgeous cards. This month's class features flowers and butterflies!

Cropping with Renee
Renee's hosting two cropping opportunities this weekend! On Friday, August 5th (just $12) bring your supply bag and projects to the Park for five fun-filled hours of cropping starting at 6pm. But if you find five hours just isn't enough, join us for a 2-day crop on Saturday and Sunday, August 6-7 (8 am to 10 pm each day). For just $50, you can crop at our comfy Park, enjoy breakfast on us, have chances to win some fun raffles and enjoy some surprise sales.
With all of our crops, you enjoy 3 feet of space on our glass-covered tables and big comfy chairs. You also have access to use our Big Shot, Sizzix dies, Sizzlet alphabets and shapes, magazines, idea books, Cricut Create and 36 cartridges.
