It's Pearl-fection Time!

Hi SP Bloggers ... I'm just blown away by the creativity of the SP team!  Check out Sue's Liquid Pearl-fection Stained Glass creation for our Egg-stravaganza.  It's a work of art!  Please let us know what you think in the Comments section at the bottom of this blog post.

Liquid Pearl-fection Stained Glass Egg by Sue

Liquid Pearl-fection Stained Glass Egg Supply List & Instructions:  You'll need a wooden egg; pencil with eraser; Liquid Pearls onyx; Liquid Pearls in various colors; water brush; Glossy Accents; Kraft Mat; Memento Dew Drop ink (to turn upside down and serve as your egg holder while working on it).  Begin by using the pencil to draw a design on your egg (pencil is easily erased from the egg if you make a mistake).  Using Liquid Pearls Onyx, go over the pencil marks and place the egg in an upside down Memento Dew Drop ink pad to dry for about 30 minutes.  Squeeze a small amount of Liquid Pearls on the craft mat.  Use your water brush to dilute the Liquid Pearls and then paint on egg.  Allow to dry a few minutes and repeat color as needed and allow to dry.  Go over the painted areas (not the outlined Onyx area) with Glossy Accents. Set aside to dry.

  3. LOVE the fact that you can pencil on your marks (and then erase them again when you screw up)!
