Memorial Day Weekend

Hi SP Bloggers ... seems kinda like we skipped spring and jumped directly to summer.  Trying to make note of all the things that I love about summer ... smell of fresh cut grass, the Mr. Softee tune, easy BBQ dinners, the gardens coming alive with color, the beach, sharing smores around the firepit, bobbing and floating in my friend, Nancy's pool, sitting in the shade and reading (used to be a book, but now it's my Nook).  And for those who have college kids, isn't it nice to have everyone home and together once again?

As always, lots of new things arriving at the Playground.  We'll get some pictures posted in the next blog.  Until then, just a reminder that the Playground's going to be closed Sunday, May 27 and Monday, May 28 in honor of Memorial Day.  We are grateful to all who have served in the military -- past and present.

Oh, and mark your calendars for our 5th -- yep 5th -- anniversary on June 2nd.  Details to follow.
