A Salute to Our Final SP Team Cupcake

Hi SP Bloggers ... Happy Saturday!  Check out Dee Mama's Stars and Stripes creation that's fresh out of the oven.  To recreate this, paint the cupcake red, white and blue with Acrylic Paint Dabbers and then go over it with Silks. Add a tinsel bow and American Craft Accordian Pennants. 

We hope you've caught the Cupcake Fever because we're now inviting you to create your own cupcakes -- by either duplicating our staff's designs or coming up with your own.  During Creation Week (July 15 until July 21), send us a photo of your creation and we'll post it to the blog.  Email it to scrappersplayground.angie@gmail.com -- include a photo of your creation, along with the name of your project and your name too!  If you can, also bring your creation into the story so we can display it with the others.  At the end of Creation Week, we'll have two random drawings -- one from Cupcake Designers and one from Bloggers who have commented on our various Cupcake posts.  Each will win a prize!

Dee Mama's Stars & Stripes Cupcake

Here's a sneak preview of some more of the new Tim Holtz products that are coming out at the CHA Summer show.  Among them are new Stamp2Cut eClips cartridges 22, 23 and 24 -- they coordinate with the new Stampers Anonymous stamps being released as well.  Note that Tim's indicated on his blog that cartridges 20 and 21 will not be produced due to licensing conflicts.  Remember to call or stop by the store to check out our pre-order specials on these and other new products rolling out at the show.
