Dear Bloggers:

Today we are releasing a Mixed Media project from Carol Becker of our Design team. This project cards along with the other projects can be found to the left of the register at Scrapper's Playground. Our Design Team is doing an awesome job on these projects and have inspired others to think outside the box!  Please feel free to ask any of our Staff for information on the products that were used on these projects.

Mixed Media Project by Carol Becker

Supplies:

1 package of ATC cards with die cuts

Other items used:

Glossy Accents
Tumbled glass, Black Soot and Vintage Photo Distress Inks
Foam dots
Glue gun
Tim Holtz Lace
Stream Alcohol Ink
Distress Glitter Glue
G45 Halloween Paper
Die cut letters
Black Distress Glitter
Tim Holtz Metal Flower and Leaves
Alcohol Ink colors as desired
12X12 black chipboard
Double sided tape

Trim G45 balloon pattern paper to 11-1/2x11-1/2 inches. Distress and ink edges and apply with double sided tape to chipboard.

From G45 paper, choose 6 images that you would like to use on your ATCs. Fussy cut as desired. Distress and ink everything. Layer as shown. ATC cards used in background of each. Pop up as desired.

Dye ribbon with stream alcohol ink. Let try, tie into a bow.

Letters:
Use any letters desired.  I used one of Tims dyes. Paint with Black Distress Paint, dry with heat gun, then spread glossy accents over each letter and sprinkle with black glitter, let dry.  I chose the words potions, charms and spells and the number 31.  Letters applied with Glossy Accents and glue gun where needed.

Arrange and assemble as desired.

Great Job Carol!
