It's Tim Time @ the Playground

Hey SP Bloggers ... Excitement is building as we prepare to host Tim Holtz this weekend for a  series of sold out classes. We're thrilled he and Mario will be helping us celebrate our 7th anniversary!  And thank you to all of our loyal customers for "Enjoying this journey" with us!  Thought you might enjoy a Playground ditty inspired by the classic poem, "Twas the Night Before Christmas."

Twas the night before Tim's arrival and all through the 'ground
not a creature was stirring, not even the hound.

The quilt was hung nicely thanks to Pop's clever skill
in hopes that Tim and Mario would find it a thrill.

With shopping bags ready thanks to Dee Mama's fine touch
The team cried "make more!" because we have a hunch

That Tim's students will want to fill them so high
With goodies galore that they've dreamed of ... oh my!

Just look at it, look at it, look at it all.
Can you believe the team has covered the wall?

There are mini ink pads, Alterations, paints, and tags too.
And look, there are stamps and Ideology goodies -- woo hoo!

It's all been so busy, so exciting -- and how!
The Playground students will all remember the now!

Tim's boxes are here and it's time to unpack
for this weekend's classes - there's no looking back.

A warm welcome to Tim and Mario too.
Long Island's been waiting, and waiting for you.

At last the time's come for some fun in the city
And then Tim cried out "Let's go get inky & gritty!"

  17. To the entire SP crew - thank you all so very much for this fabulous event. I've been to many different types of events/classes and this was by far, the most organized and professionally run. It was flawless and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Congratulations to you all (who must be exhausted) - hopefully it wont' take another seven years for Tim and Mario to return. IN the meatnime a huge thank you for the creative experience.
