At
first, I thought about painting the angel or covering her in pretty
paper, but since I love metal so much, I decided to use that instead. I
started by tracing the angel and her wings onto the foil cardstock,
then cut them out. Then I got to work embossing the metal using the Ten
Seconds Studio mold and Studio 71 blending stumps. I gave her a coat
of Glossy Accents and wrapped the embossed metal around her. I coated
her back in Glossy Accents and attached the foil cardstock to cover the
metal edges.
I attached the wings to the foil cardstock (shiny side
up so the mirror finish shows through) and adhered them to her back with
Zots. I used Glossy Accents to add all of her finishing touches. If I
could draw well, she'd have a face :) Since I can't, please feel free
to use your imagination. Or your marker. Or your paint brush.
Or.....well, you get the idea. :)
Wow, great ideas. This turned out very nice. Linda E.
